Booking Process

Step 1 - Choose date, meeting point, number of people, and then complete payment

Step 2 - Check your Email Voucher

Step 3 - Meet the tour staff and show your Email Voucher to board the bus.

Step 4 - Follow the tour staff to Everland gate to receive paper ticket.

Things to Note

✓ For the participants who booked for 15th of July will be provided videos & photos taken during the K-POP experience are provided free of charge.

✓ Participants who purchase photo cards or CDs on site can take X:IN member autographs and take a photo with XIN.

Cancellation Policy

✓ 100% refundable or changeable until 1 day (by 10am K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ Not refundable or changeable after 8am of 1 day prior to travel date.

Late

✓ Being late or not showing up at the Meeting Point at the Meeting Time is considered cancellation and NO REFUND is granted.
✓ Tour operator may help you re-book for another date with a 50% penalty if requested on the original travel date.

Bad weather

✓ Tour operates per normal even if it rains or snows. Regular Cancellation Policy will apply.
✓ Only in the case of government-issued warning for natural disaster, free date change or cancellation will be allowed.
