Hot summer day and the kids were impatient. Photographer was very thoughtful of and patient with the kids. He wasted no time and knew all the spots to shoot. We appreciated his efficiency and kindness. Getting ready was a little hectic without much guidance when choosing the hanbok. I recommend getting to the store early, we arrived 15 minutes before the store opened and line started forming even before opening time.

Important Information

✓ For the Gyeongbokgung Palace photo session, we capture over 300 photos, apply color correction and brightness adjustments to all of them.

✓ Additionally, we provide retouched files with blemish removal and facial (body) line adjustments, with 2 retouched images per person.

✓ Photos taken will be emailed 14 days after converting the color, brightness, etc. of the photos.

✓ If you haven't received the email, be sure to check your spam folder. If the photo shoot pictures email hasn't arrived, it's likely in your spam folder 99% of the time.

✓ There are a lot of customers in the hanbok shooting reservation, so the filming date and time may be requested to be changed during the best schedule inspection process at the hanbok studio.

✓ Gyeongbokgung Palace is closed on Tuesdays, So Hanbok photoshoot studio is also closed on Tuesdays.

Booking Process

Step 1 - Choose Options, Date, your Estimated Time of Arrival, and proceed to checkout page to complete payment.

Step 2 - Check your Email Voucher.

Step 3 - Simply show the Email Voucher on your mobile phone upon arrival at the studio.

Things to Note

✓ When making a reservation for a photo shoot, the reservation time is not the arrival time of the store, but the start time of the photo shoot.
✓ Please arrive 30 minutes before so that we can shoot at the reservation time. (If you are late, you may have a disadvantage of reducing the filming time or not being able to shoot because you have a next reservation.)
✓ If the photo time overlaps with other customers, the studio will contact you later. (If it is a duplicate reservation, the time may change after consultation with the customer.)
✓ Photos taken will be emailed 14 days after converting the color, brightness, etc. of the photos
✓ Makeup option : only female customers who have booked a hanbok photoshoot are eligible. reservation required one week in advance.

✓ You can try up to 2 hanboks (2 fitting chances)
✓ A locker will be provided for you to leave your belongings at the studio. (No charge)
✓ DAMAGE: You will be required to compensate for damage in case you damage Hanbok.
✓ Rental/return is only available within operation hours (09:00-19:00)
✓ Delay fee (delay without notice)
A penalty of 10,000KRW will be charged on top of the standard rental fee for the delayed hours.

✓ It is highly recommended to book at least 3 days in advance as the photography service might have been fully booked. If you booked last minute, please double check with our CS agent before redeeming your voucher.
