Booking Process

Step 2 - Check your Email Voucher.

Step 3 - Show your Email Voucher at the Ticket Office.

✓ All purchased tickets is only valid for a one time entry to the Viewing Gallery with no time limit.
✓ The viewing gallery reserves the right to close the viewing gallery due to bad or inclement weather for the safety of our guests.
✓ It is advisable to call at least 30 to 45 minutes before time of arrival to check on weather condition.
✓ Tickets would be re-validated up to a maximum of 2 days for Re- Entry if the Viewing Gallery is closed during bad or inclement weather.
✓ 1-Altitude gallery reserves the right to deny entry for tickets that is expired |damaged |photocopied | forged or otherwise tempered with.
✓ No Tripod or Monopods is allowed at the viewing gallery
