Step 5 - Meet the tour driver at accommodation or airport

How to meet the driver at hotel or guesthouse
STEP 1 Turn On Your Cell Phone Make sure you turn off Airplane Mode
STEP 2 Wait OUTSIDE the Main Entrance of your Hotel/Guesthouse NEXT TO the road.

If you are running late, give a call
Being late for more than 20 Minutes without prior contact is considered as a no-show. Booking will be canceled without any refund.

✓ 100% refundable until 3 days (by 6 pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.

✓ No refund will be given if canceled within 2 days of departure date.

✓ In case of bad weather or travel destination problems, cancellation 1 day in advance 100% refund
