✓ Meeting location at Vivaldi Resort (Shuttle Bus No Use Customer)
- Exact spot and meeting time will be confirmed when the instructor team contact you via messenger on the day before
- Almost meeting point is inside the Vivaldi Park Main Center.

予約方法

Step 1 - Choose the date, type, the number of people then proceed to the checkout page to complete payment.

Step 2 - Upon successful booking, you will receive a Voucher with confirmed information.

Step 3 - Meet the ski staff and enjoy skiing!

注意事項

✓ It is recommended that you ride a ski/board from the age of three or older.
✓ You can use the liftpass to ride sightseeing gondola.
✓ Itinerary is subjected to traffic & weather condition.
✓ Please inform us if you will be bring along a baby stroller or wheelchair.
✓ If Vivaldi officially closes the slope(in case of heavy rain, etc), we will give you a full refund.
✓ If you want to change to the basic lesson package on site, you can pay KRW 25,000 won to the staff directly.
✓ Shoes under 185mm and over 300mm are available at Vivaldi Park, but the quantity is not sufficient.

キャンセルポリシー

✓ 100% refundable until 1 days (by 9am K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ No refund after 9am the day prior to travel date.

遅れた場合

✓ Being late or not showing up at the Meeting Point at Meeting Time is considered cancellation and NO REFUND is granted.

悪天候の際

✓ Tour operates per normal even if it rains or snows. Regular Cancellation Policy will apply.
✓ Only in case of government-issued warning for natural disaster, free date change or cancellation will be allowed.
