Boryeong Mud Festival

Boryeong Mud Festival is an annual festival held in Boryeong, a town around 200 km south of Seoul. International visitors flock to the beach to goof about in mud parks, swoosh down muddy slides, wrestle in mud pits, decorate their bodies with coloured mud, crawl through mud mazes, land in mud prisons, run marathons in mudflats, become mud dummies, play mud football, lounge in mud baths & luxuriate in mud skin treatments.
The mud is taken from the Boryeong mud flats and trucked to the Daecheon beach area. The mud is considered rich in minerals and used to manufacture cosmetics. This festival is one of the most popular festivals in Korea, just look at the photos and feel the fun!

[How to purchase Boryeong Mud Festival entrance ticket]
- You must pay in CASH ONLY.
- The staff will give out Boryeong Mud Festival ticket after you arrive in Boryeong. You should pay directly to the staff (don't go to the ticket booth). The ticekt booth will be very busy on the concert day and the staff will be very busy on the concert day and the staff will pick up the ticket in advance, on behalf or you.
[How to pick up K-pop Concert ticket]
- Go to K-pop Concert Foreigner Exclustive ticket booth.
- Show your Boryeong Mud Festival entrance ticket (wristband)&ID and pick up the ticket.
*Only 1 ticket will be distributed per person. Every single participants must show one's wristband & ID at the ticket booth.
