Step 1 - Choose date, route and departure time, number of people, then proceed to checkout page to complete payment.

Step 2 - Check your Email Voucher

Step 3 - Redeem your paper ticket at the ticketing machine or ticket office

Step 4 - Board the bus with your paper ticket 

Ticketing
✓ You can NOT board with your voucher. You MUST redeem paper ticket.
✓ In case you are using a ticket machine, please use the info provided in your voucher. You will find phone number & booking number under Additional Information section.

Boarding
✓ Please be at the bus stop at least 10 minutes prior to departure time.
✓ The bus will leave on time and will not wait if you are late.
✓ If you miss your bus due to flight delay or other reasons, it is regarded as cancellation and no time change can be made. You will have to wait for the next time slot and pay full amount IF there are seats left.

Arriving
✓ The journey includes a few stops. Check your final destination before getting off the bus. Make sure you get off the bus at Alpensia.
✓ Estimated arrival time at your destinations are calculated based on smooth road conditions. Travel time could take longer than expected due to heavy traffic. Thus Indiway and bus company are NOT responsible for any inconveniences caused by delays.
