- After gathering at the Sports Complex, please transfer to the ski resort shuttle bus you booked. When transferring, please present your boarding pass (voucher).
- If you were unable to board at Hongdae / Sinchon / Myeong-dong / Dongdaemun, use other public transportation to gather at the Sports Complex 10 minutes before departure time.
- The drop-off locations may be subject to change based on road and traffic conditions.
- Depending on the circumstances, some routes may have stopovers.
- This rate is for foreigners only. The service charge is included, so it may be different from the charges for locals.
- Estimated arrival time may differ from the actual arrival time depending on traffic conditions and bad weather. We do not take any responsibility in this case.
- All vehicles depart on time. Please come to the departure station at least five minutes before departure to board the shuttle bus.
- Seats are not designated in advance, please board in order of arrival.
- If you do not board, we will not contact you separately. Also, if there are no reservations, the shuttle bus will not be operated.
- Please pre-book your boarding pass, tickets will not be sold on-site.
- People under the age of 13 are considered children (Born after 2011. Please present a passport or a passport copy).
- We are not responsible for any losses or damages in the vehicle.
- Boarding time and arrival time are subject to change depending on the weather and traffic conditions.

Step 3 - Present Barcode at the bottom of your voucher when boarding the bus.

✓ Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the bus departure time. The bus will leave on time and will NOT wait for you.
✓ If you miss your bus due to flight delay or any other reasons, it is considered cancellation and no time changes can be made. You will have to wait for the next time slot and pay the full amount IF AND ONLY IF there are seats left.
✓ Check the destination before getting off the bus as it may have several stops before your destination.
✓ Travel time may take longer than expected in case of heavy traffic. Indiway and the bus company are NOT responsible for any inconveniences caused by delays.

Alpensia Ski Resort Shuttle Bus
You will find a purple bus like below with a destination written in both English & Korean in front of the bus.
*If you arrived at the boarding point in time but could not find purple bus, it might be bus running a bit behind the schedule due to unexpected traffic.
Don't panic and contact the emergency number to check.

3) High1 Ski Resort
- Mountain Condominium: Mountain Ski House 1st floor shuttle bus stop


- Grand Hotel Pick up and drop off: Shuttle bus stop on the roadin front of the Grand Hotel


- Valley Condominium Pick up: Valley Condominium Bus Parking lot

- Valley Condominium Drop off: Shuttle bus stop in front of ValleyCondominium

✓ 100% refundable until 7 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ 50% refundable until 3 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ Not refundable after 4pm of 3 days prior to travel date.

Being late and missing the bus is regarded as a cancellation and no time change nor refund will be made. You may call the emergency number on the Voucher to ask if there are seats available on the next bus and pay full amount in cash to the driver. Same rule applies to flight delays.
