- Family room type is a studio room type which combines living room, bedroom, and kitchen into a single room
- Oak room has 3 types - Double, Twins or Ondol(Korean traditional bedding, no bed) and ski company will book the Double room. If you want other types, please contact the ski instructor in advance.

Step 2 - Upon successful booking, you will receive a email receipt.

Step 3 - A product manager will contact the booking guest They will provide you with a confirmation number and more details about your stay

2024/25 Early Bird Booking Guide

✓ The default booking unit is 1 night.

✓ If you book 2 qty, 2 rooms will be booked for the same date.

✓ If you want to stay more than two nights, you can book a room by date.

   For example, if you want to stay from 3rd ~ 5th Jan. (2N3D) (check in on 3rd January, check out on 5th January ), you can book one room for January 3, followed by one room for January 4.

✓ If you want to book more than 2 nights, you can select the dates again to make the reservation based on the check-in date. then we'll assign you to the same room for consecutive nights. 

✓ You can check-in from 12pm, but can enter the designated your room from 3pm.

✓ You have to check-out until 11am. In case of late check-out, the extra fee is charge. In all rooms, smoking is not permitted.

✓  Cannot guarantee a room with slope view, a high floor, Early Check-in.

✓ If you want to stay the room with a sloop view, please ask at front desk.

✓ If you need an additional bedding(Pillow and Blanket), please ask at front desk.

✓ The bed is provided with a double bed. the rest of the guests must sleep with blanket and mattress on the floor.

✓ In Family type, there are 4 towels ready. In Suite type, there are 5 towels ready. (Towels are equipped with only face towels. It's good to bring Bath towel.)

✓ If you need more, please request extra towels at front desk.

✓ 100% refundable until 7 days (by 10am K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
