✓ Snowyland operating hours may be adjusted in case of bad weather. If it is not open until after 1pm, a full refund will be made.
✓ Please inform us if you will be bring along a baby stroller or wheelchair
✓ Under 24 months is free.

✓ 100% refundable until 1 days (by 9am K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ No refund after 9am the day prior to travel date.

✓ Being late or not showing up at the Meeting Point at Meeting Time is considered cancellation and NO REFUND is granted.

✓ Tour operates per normal even if it rains or snows. Regular Cancellation Policy will apply.
✓ Only in case of government-issued warning for natural disaster, free date change or cancellation will be allowed.
