If you enjoy modern architecture, you'll love seeing this building. I didn't get a chance to see any of the performance areas, but even still I found the building very interesting. It's not very expensive and well worth the trip. So different from the nearby ancient Forbidden City or the enormously imposing Tiananmen Square.

國家大劇院, 亦被稱為NCPA, 由法國建築師保羅·安德魯設計，並於2007年完工。

✓ 劇院共分為三大表演場地：歌劇院、音樂廳及戲劇場

✓ 劇院外形是由鈦與玻璃造成的橢圓形拱頂，被人工湖環繞，三個表演廳共可容納5,352人，總面積為12,000平方米。
