✓ Stop over fee : Additional 20,000 KRW
- If there is an intermediate stop at the customer's request, the stop is more than 5 minutes, the customer will pay 30,000 won per hour directly to the driver.

Step 1 - Choose a date, fill out the necessary information and then complete payment
- Make sure to write correct Flight number (e.g. KE600, 7Z281) and Flight Arrival Time
- Incorrect info (luggage, passenger, address, etc.) may prohibit providing full service

Q1. My flight arrives at 2:00 pm and I think it will take 60 minutes for you to clear customs and immigration. Can I put 3:00 pm as pick up time?
A1. No. Your flight can always be delayed or arrive early. Please put your flight number and flight arrival time.

Q2. My flight arrives at 2:00 pm but and I need more time to pick up a sim card, etc. Can I put 4:00 pm as pick up time?
A1. Yes, but please note that in this case, if you meet the driver later than 4:00 pm, you will be charged a late fee of KRW15,000 per hour.

注意事項

Incheon Airport Pick Up

✓ The driver will check the real-time status and wait 90 minutes after arrival
✓ 90 - 150 minutes after actual flight arrival time: waiting fee of KRW 30,000 will be collected by the driver (must contact the driver to inform you are running late)
✓ 150 minutes after actual flight arrival time: Driver will leave and booking will be regarded as "no show" (No refund will be given - please arrange your own transportation)

取消政策

✓ 100% refundable or changeable until 3 days (by 4 pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.

✓ Not refundable after 4 pm of 3 days prior to travel date.

✓ Please contact the Car Company if you want to have any change after booking. However, can't 100% make sure can be changed after 4 pm of 3 days prior to travel date. Please discuss with Car Company directly.

✓ In case of flight cancellation by the airline, the refund can be made if you contact the driver 2 hours before flight arrival time.
