✓ Redemption is possible only on the date of use. Redemption in advance is not available.

1) If you are boarding from Busan Station

✓ The bus departs every 30 mins from 9:30am to 04:30pm. Please check the schedule.

✓ Boarding location: With your back facing Busan Station, the bus stop is on your left-hand side, in front of Arirang Hotel (Exit 3).

2) If you are not boarding from Busan Station

✓ Busan City Tour Bus will operate per normal even if it rains or snows. Regular Cancellation Policy will apply. No refunds for cancellation will be possible if Busan City Tour Bus operates as per normal.
✓ In the case of very heavy rain that is judged, either by Busan City Tour Bus or the Busan Metropolitan Government, as not safe for the tour to operate, free date change or cancellation will be allowed.

1.1 Q: Does the tour bus run everyday?
A: Please note that the tours run everyday except on Monday, unless Monday is a public holiday. Please check if your preferred tour date is on a Monday and if it is a public holiday.

1.2 Q: Is there English/Chinese/Japanese translation provided on the tour bus?
A: You are strongly advised to download the audio guide available for the tour. The audio guide will provide an English/Chinese/Japanese detailed explanation on the tourist attractions that you get to visit on the tour as you go on the tour.

1.3 Q: Can I redeem my tickets at any other stops of the tour?
A: Unfortunately, you are only allowed to redeem your paper tickets at Busan City Tour Bus Information Center (Busan Station 2nd floor). Ticket redemption will not be possible at any other bus stops of the tour. You will not be allowed to board the bus without your paper tickets.

1.4 Q: How do I collect my tickets?
