Things to Note

✓ Cruise departure time is 12:00pm. Please arrive at the boarding dock 20 minutes in advance.

✓ By Korean Law, all passengers are required to present a form of ID (passport/or photocopy of passport) to board the cruise. In case you could not board the cruise because you forgot to bring your ID, it is strictly not refundable.
✓ All passengers are required to submit a boarding report prior to boarding which crews at the ticket office will instruct you further on.

How To Go

To redeem your voucher, you must present 1) your voucher on mobile(or printed) and 2) your passport

Step 1. Please arrive 20 mins early at the Eland Cruise ticket office (See direction below)

Step 2. At the ticket office, please follow the guidelines of the staff in order to redeem your voucher & receive paper tickets
- Present your voucher & passport to redeem the ticket
- Submit boarding reports

Step 3. Board the cruise at designated boarding location

✓ 100% refundable if canceled 15 business days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to departure date
✓ 50% refundable if canceled 14~10 business days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to departure date
✓ 30% refundable if canceled 9~5 business days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to departure date
✓ Non-refundable for cancellations on 4 business day prior to departure or on the departure date itself.

Late

Being late is considered cancellation and NO REFUND is granted.

Bad weather

The cruise reserves the right to cancel due to bad weather or if the minimum number of passengers is not met. In such cases, you will be refunded the full amount.
