✓ If you are bringing any extra luggage such as a baby stroller or wheelchair, Please inform the tour operator after booking. (Contact number will be in your voucher.)

✓ If the strawberry harvest is limited, our tour will include 150g of picking and strawberry jam-making activity
✓ A surcharge of KRW5,000 (per person) will apply if you choose a private bike at Gangchon Rail Bike, the surcharge can be paid by cash on site. Please let us know if you would like to choose the private bike while reserving.

Cancellation Policy

✓ 100% refundable or changeable until 1 day (by 10am K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ Not refundable or changeable after 10am of 1 day prior to travel date.

Late

✓ Being late or not showing up at the Meeting Point at Meeting Time is considered cancellation and NO REFUND is granted.

Bad weather

✓ Tour operates per normal even if it rains or snows. Regular Cancellation Policy will apply.
✓ Only in case of government-issued warning for natural disaster, free date change or cancellation will be allowed.
